1. Introduction and General

Welcome to the "Hadassah Flowers" website (hereinafter: "the Website"). The website serves as a virtual store for selling flower bouquets, arrangements, and packages in Jerusalem and the surrounding areas. The use of the website and purchases made through it are subject to the conditions detailed in these terms. Please read them carefully. Placing an order constitutes your full agreement to these terms.

2. Inventory, Products, and Illustrative Images

Flowers are a seasonal and natural product. We make every effort to supply the bouquets exactly as they appear in the website photos. However, slight variations in flower types or shades may occur depending on daily inventory and season.

In any case of substituting a flower due to stock shortages, "Hadassah Flowers" commits to replacing it with a flower of equal value, while maintaining the style, colors, and overall character of the ordered bouquet.

3. Purchase, Payment, and Pricing

All prices on the website are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include VAT as required by law. The website management reserves the right to update product prices and delivery rates from time to time without prior notice.

At this stage, final order confirmation and payment processing are done via phone with a studio representative. An order will be considered complete and ready for processing only after contact is made, details are confirmed, and full payment is processed.

Price changes during peak periods, holidays, and special dates: We strive to display up-to-date prices on the website at all times. However, during periods of peak demand and special dates (such as Tu B'Av, Valentine's Day, Mother's/Family Day, holiday eves, etc.), raw material costs and flower purchasing prices from growers often spike unusually. It is hereby expressly clarified that the prices displayed on the website may not reflect the actual market price during these busy times. The website management reserves full rights to update the final order price before processing payment. In the event of a discrepancy between the website price and the updated holiday price, we will contact you to approve the new price. The customer will have the full right to approve the update or cancel the order entirely without any cancellation fees. Displaying the price on the website does not constitute a final binding commitment or offer by the studio until the order is confirmed and actually charged.

4. Delivery Policy

We provide deliveries in Jerusalem and the surrounding areas, coordinated in advance within the time windows detailed on the website.

Delivery cost: ₪30 per order to any address in Jerusalem.

• The delivery will arrive at the address entered in the order form. The customer bears full responsibility for providing accurate details (address, recipient's phone number, entry code, etc.).
• Leaving the delivery at the door: If the recipient is not home and cannot be reached by phone, the courier will be authorized (in coordination with the person who ordered) to leave the flowers by the door or with a neighbor.
• The studio will not bear any responsibility for damage, theft, or impact on the freshness of the flowers as a result of leaving them outside the door in the recipient's absence.

5. Cancellations and Returns (Perishable Goods Law)

Important to know: Flowers and plants are defined in the Consumer Protection Law as "perishable goods" (consumable products whose value degrades quickly).

Therefore, the standard right of cancellation established in the Consumer Protection Law (14 days) does not apply to the purchase of flowers.

• An order can be cancelled without cancellation fees up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time (provided the bouquet has not yet been arranged).
• Once the bouquet is arranged or dispatched for delivery - the order cannot be cancelled and no refund can be issued.
• If the customer is dissatisfied with the product's quality upon receipt, they must contact the studio within 24 hours of receipt, attaching a photo of the bouquet. Requests arriving after this time will not be handled given the delicate nature of the product.

6. Privacy Protection

We respect our customers' privacy. The personal details entered during the order process (including recipient details and greeting) are used solely to fulfill the order and delivery in the best possible way.

"Hadassah Flowers" commits not to transfer or sell customer details to any third party, except as required by law or to complete the delivery (courier service).
